Paul’s passion for people drove him to create Red Wagon Institute. He is also the founder of the marketing firm Steinbeck Communications. He is an internationally published writer and has spoken at several conferences across the US. A native of the Salt Lake area, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern Utah University. Outside of work, he volunteers for a variety of organizations, including the Highlands Games, NV Dems, and Yellow Pants Project.
