Torsten Wohlert is a 20 year veteran of the wind industry sector. His profound technical knowledge was first gained based on his working experience as a technician and trouble shooter for the main types of WTG. In 2007, Torsten Wohlert joined Deutsche Windtechnik where he started as an engineer for electrical components and later became Head of Engineering for Vestas/NEG Micon and Siemens technology in 2012. In the course of the international expansion of Deutsche Windtechnik, Torsten supports the setup of international engineering departments of Deutsche Windtechnik, such as Deutsche Windtechnik Inc. with its headquarters in Houston, Texas.
