Eric Troup is CTO for Microsoft Worldwide Media and Telecommunications Industry. He is responsible industry technology strategy and solutions. He held a variety of leadership positions in the U.S. Army before joining NYNEX (now part of Verizon) in 1985. He held management positions at Unisys, Beechwood and Cap Gemini before joining Microsoft in 2004. Mr. Troup earned a BS from West Point and an MBA from the University of Utah.
