Clarke is Principal Architect of emerging technologies at Rogers Communications. Prior to Rogers, Clarke spent over a decade at CableLabs developing new technologies . Clarke served on the board of directors of Open Connectivity Forum (OCF) and Universal Plug-n-Play Forum (UPnP) and chaired the Technical Committees. Clarke holds an MSEE from Georgia Tech and an MBA from CU.
