Arnette is a past AGA National President and is currently serving as Chair of the AGA Journal Board. He is the director of local government audit for the Tennessee Comptroller, where he has worked for more than 40 years. Jim is responsible for the annual audits of all 95 Tennessee counties and monitors the audits of more than 1,900 municipalities, nonprofits and related local government entities.
