Mr. David A. Orso is the Director, VA Business Architecture and Portfolio Analysis at the Department of Veterans Affairs. In this capacity, Mr. Orso is responsible for the establishment of a common business data and information model that enables effective governance, informed decision-making and an integrated view of investment and performance. Mr. Orso has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration, a Master of Science degree in Management and is currently a Doctoral Candidate at The George Washington University.
