Karen Shrum is a Principal in the Government and Public-Sector practice of Ernst & Young LLP (EY). She has 20 years of experience leading government and private sector organizations through transformation. She advises government organizations on their complex transformational and management challenges. Ms. Shrum formerly served with the Department of Treasury, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, where she drove complex multi-million-dollar IT related programs. She holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Behavior from the George Washington University and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
