Kyle Lockley is currently the Director of Enterprise, Assurance and Controls within the CFO Organization at the Internal Revenue Service. Kyle brings over twenty years of leadership experience from senior and front-line management positions at the IRS and DOD, as well as the private sector and has a strong background in IT systems and process controls as well as financial reporting, cost and variance analysis, and accounting. He was born in Philadelphia, PA and has a B.S. Mathematics from North Carolina A&T State University. Kyle is a PMP and certified in Peoplesoft. In his spare time, Kyle is an avid traveler having been to forty states and five continents living on four of those. When his wife and daughter allow him he plays a myriad of sports, performs community service, cooks and listens to music for leisure. He is a diehard Philly sports fan and looks to add a new stadium or arena to his bucket list every year.
