Shirazi is the Legal Advisor for the Robert A and Virginia Heinlein Prize Trust. She is also an Intellectual Property and Transactions Attorney at the Law Office of Art Dula, with over ten years of experience helping clients protect and enforce their intellectual property rights. Shirazi’s practice focuses on US and international intellectual property portfolio management, patents, copyrights, trade secrets and trademark and brand protection. Her professional experience includes helping her clients in setting up the required government accounts and profiles for meeting government contracting and funding standards and negotiate IP related contracts. She works with clients ranging from startups to small and large companies, including several companies in the space industry.
