Dr. Cromwell is the Translational Scientist for the NASA Crew Health & Safety Program. Currently, she is leading an effort to bring about digital transformation in the NASA Human Health and Performance Directorate. This effort will reinvent the way NASA manages its spaceflight risks to human health, as it looks ahead to deep space exploration. Prior to coming to the Crew Health & Safety Program, she worked in the NASA Human Research Program in a variety of capacities implementing ground-based human research in spaceflight analogs.
