Lance Hubbard, PhD. Is a materials scientist in the National Security Department of Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. He is an inventor on 6 patents revolving around metal film deposition. He currently is working on Space applications of refractory coating technology and radioactive betavoltaic power sources. His prior experiences include: semiconductor process design and quality control, uranium fuel fabrication and electroplating design, and hypersonic vehicle ceramic design.
