Laura Overly is director of supply chain at Phase Four, overseeing key business development and supply chain functions. Overly has 18 years of experience in Supply Chain for advanced technology manufacturing and testing. 11 of those years were spent building propulsion systems. Most recently, she spent 2 years building the Supply Chain team at Millennium Space Systems, now a Boeing company. Prior to that, Overly managed $110M in inventory and $300M production demand for the first FDA approved immunotherapy treatment for prostate cancer, planned production and testing capacity for over $100M in sales of small satellite propulsion systems and individual thrusters at Aerojet Rocketdyne, and managed $30M in Space Shuttle propulsion systems and testing facilities at NASA JSC White Sands Test Facility.
