Mr. Murphy has over 30 years of experience supporting the operation and development of conventional and hydrokinetic hydropower projects. Mike’s experience includes preparing federal and state permit license applications as well as baseline and impact assessments, performing due diligence and development of risk management strategies for waterpower projects and projects dependent on water resources. Mike has performed these activities for projects that fall under FERC, ACOE, EPA, and other federal, state and local jurisdictions.
