Laura Shafer is an asset management specialist in Black & Veatch's global Power Division. She manages EPA-ACE heat rate studies, and serves as the assistant manager of the Fuels, Reliability, and Efficiency Section at Black & Veatch. Prior to her current position Ms. Shafer worked in the online monitoring and diagnostics, thermal performance, and system planning sections of Black & Veatch, specializing in combustion turbine performance.
