Kyle Lewis is the Unit Director at La Cygne Generating Station for Evergy in La Cygne, Kansas. Kyle began working at Kansas City Power and Light in boiler operations in 2004. Over his career he has held positions such as boiler operator, Shift Supervisor, Operations Superintendent, until his current role. In addition to his current role, Kyle has been tasked with coordinating the effort to improve flexible operations for the Evergy coal fleet. Kyle attended the University of Missouri and Bismark State College with a degree in Power Plant Technology and will earn a degree in Energy Management in the Spring.
