Mr. Morgan is the Director of Engineering and Project Support for Power Plant Management Services, LLC. He is responsible for EPC development/execution, engineering, project development, contract negotiations, fuels, commodities and rail transportation for PPMS. He joined PPMS in June 2010 and provides over 31 years of EPC contract development/negotiation/execution expertise, fuel procurement, asset management, engineering management and environmental management. Jeremy’s diverse background combines Six Sigma process driven analytical skills with strong business acumen and experience in the power generation and renewable energy sectors. Prior to joining PPMS, Jeremy was a Project Director at Fluor Corporation, where he was responsible for engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance of biomass power projects. Jeremy has also worked at Aquila as Vice President, Business Operations and Renewable Energy, where he managed a Wind PPA with Florida Power and Light for Gray County Wind Farm, worked with numerous developers for the installation of additional wind energy/capacity, designed and executed the Aquila compliance plan for Colorado and Missouri Renewable Portfolio Standards which included development and execution of a solar installation and rebate program, served as the Vice President of Asset Management for Aquila’s contracted IPP assets and as an Environmental Manager supporting Aquila’s regulated fleet of fossil-fueled generation facilities. Mr. Morgan is fluent in Spanish, has his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and Professional Engineer (PE) license. Both his B.S. in Civil Engineering and M.S. in Environmental Engineering are from Oklahoma State University and his M.B.A. is from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
