Kerschbaum has over 35 years of experience successfully developing, engineering and constructing large capital projects in the power industry. He has managed a variety of business venues, both domestically and internationally, including regulated and non-regulated utilities, municipal utilities and independent power companies. As CTO for JERA Americas, Kerschbaum is responsible for asset management of JERA's growing portfolio of power plants, presently, exceeding 3000 MWs. Mr. Kerschbaum is a recognized expert in fossil and renewable energy, including technology assessments, construction and operation of power production facilities. He has completed over 7000 MW of generation projects in North America. He is based in Houston, and Arizona.
