Amanda Singleton is a senior engineer with 14 years of experience in EPA voluntary program support, municipal solid waste sector research, outreach, technical assistance and regulatory development. Her primary areas of expertise are analyzing waste-sector data and emissions, collecting and tracking landfill and landfill gas (LFG) energy project data, modeling technical and economic feasibility of LFG energy projects and developing tools, technical documents, and regulations for landfills and other stationary source combustion devices. Ms. Singleton also provides enforcement and compliance assistance support for EPA at MSW landfills.
