Lee is the Founder and Owner of Dynamic Sports Training. He is also the Head Strength & Conditioning coach for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. Prior to his current position, Fiocchi spent several years on the University of Houston baseball staff as its Sports Performance Strength and Conditioning Coach. He also worked under world-renowned performance specialist Pete Bommaritoat at Perfect Competition as the Director of Major League Baseball off-season training and was an integral part of the NFL Combine Prep strength program (6 first round picks). He also held the position of Associate Director of Performance, the highest position attainable within the company. Fiocchi has trained 27 MLB players, over 100 NFL players and prepared over 100 players for the NFL combine. He has been featured on ESPN as well as in USA Today, the LA Times, Houston Chronicle, and The Boston Globe.
