Steve Springer is the founder of Quality At-Bats and has over three decades of experience in professional baseball as a player, scout and coach. Springer is passionate about teaching the mental approach to hitting and has worked as the Mental Performance Coach for the Toronto Blue Jays. In addition to being featured on ESPN, in Sports Illustrated and Baseball America, Springer has trained Major League Baseball players such on Nolan Arenado, Paul Goldschmidt & A.J. Pollock.
