Allen Cox has over two decades of coaching experience, most recently with the Okotok Dawgs Academy in Canada. Cox has had several players drafted into professional baseball including six players in the top 10 rounds. Cox has been a guest hitting coach at the Big League Experience as well as Head Coach of the Regina Red Sox of the Western Major Baseball League, a collegiate summer league in Canada. Cox also coached the J Dawgs Midget Black to the championship of the Arizona Fall Classic in Peoria, Arizona and the J Dawgs Academy Bantam Blacks to two consecutive Alberta Provincial Championships and a Silver medal at Canadian Nationals. He is a two-time coach of Team Alberta at the Canada Cup. Prior to the Okotok Dawgs Academy, Cox served several seasons as an assistant coach at his alma mater, Kentucky Wesleyan.
