Shaun Larkin coached four seasons at the high school and collegiate levels before being named short season rookie level manager for the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2016. He has since been promoted to the Coordinator of Skill Development for the Dodgers. Larkin began his coaching career with the Akron Aeros, the Cleveland Indians Class-AA team, working two seasons assisting both management and the coaching staff with player development and serving as a first base coach. In addition to his professional coaching resume, Larkin coached at the high school and college levels including at Newport Harbor High School & Orange Coast College and Cal State Northridge.
