Melanie Stover has been responsible for the growth of Home Health, Hospice, and In-Home Care agencies over the last 26 years. Melanie is an Occupational Therapist who founded Home Care Sales in 2001 – a training and consulting firm that Drives Referral Growth. She helps agencies refine their referral process, hire, onboard, and train high-performing sales teams (even if the first sales superstar is you as an owner!), creating consistent referral streams year after year. Melanie is a post-acute care expert and has developed, teaches, and coaches The Total Patient Care Delivery Model™, where Home Health, Palliative, Hospice, and In-Home Care service lines work seamlessly together to deliver the highest patient/ client outcomes. Onboarding for representatives begins with industry-specific marketing and sales training, the High-Performance Sales Academy™, to gain repeatable, consistent referrals, and the Agency Success Pathway continues with the RoadMap to Referrals™ – 52 weeks of sales messaging “Done for you!” Teaching the RepMastery framework for coaching and management – eliminates the drama and focuses on RESULTS!
