Prior to joining the Department of the Interior, Ms. Noble served as Chief of the Environmental Law Division, U.S. Coast Guard, and Senior Environmental Attorney, U.S. Maritime Administration, Department of Transportation. She has 6+ years environmental litigation experience in private practice before entering government service and a J.D. from Tulane University; B.A. from Texas A&M University.
