Cyndi Wentland’s career has spanned more than three decades and has included work in professional and financial services, engineering, manufacturing, insurance, and healthcare. She has provided leadership coaching and training to managers across the country, sharing best practices, strategies, and techniques for interpersonal and business effectiveness. As a successful small business owner, she also knows firsthand the value of strategy, structure, and good business practices. In addition to being an owner of her LLC, she is a part-time faculty member for Madison College’s School of Business and Applied Arts and the School of Continuing Education & Professional Development. She received the 2016 Employee Excellence Award for Part-Time Teaching and was named Teacher of the Month in December for her leadership work with a local business. Additionally, she is an Executive Coach for the international talent management firm Lee Hecht Harrison. She has multiple training certifications in addition to certifications on DiSC personality assessments, Devine Inventory assessments, and several leadership assessments through the Management Research Group. She has an MBA from Edgewood College with a focus on Management Development and a B.S. in Education from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
