Doug Nelson, PE, GPD, is an Assistant Professor in the Civil and Architectural and Construction Management Department at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He has been in the water industry for more than 30 years as a technician, vendor, designer, and educator. Doug has been involved in the design of several reuse systems during his career.
