Dr. Steven Buchberger joined the University of Cincinnati faculty in 1988 and has authored more than 125 archived publications and directed $11 million in research projects. Professor Buchberger has advised 65 graduate students at UC and other institutions over the past 30 years. Three of his students have won national best paper awards from the American Society of Civil Engineers. He served as Associate Editor of the ASCE Journal of Water Resources Planning and Management for 10 years and was Chief Editor for two special issues on water distribution systems analysis.
