Frank Sidari, PE, is Technical Director at Special Pathogens Laboratory, where he oversees a multidisciplinary team providing Legionella solutions including water safety programs, risk assessments, disinfection assistance, outbreak response, and engineering support. A Professional Engineer, he has more than 18 years of experience in all phases of water engineering projects, with specialization in water quality and Legionella. He published the first U.S. field evaluation of chlorine dioxide disinfection in a hospital water system for Legionella and continues to conduct field research and present in the field of Legionella and building water safety. Frank was a recipient of the Consulting-Specifying Engineer 40 under 40 Award for combining engineering expertise with a specialization in water quality and Legionella.
