Blake Jackson, AIA is the northeast regional Sustainable Design Leader for Stantec, US and Canada, working out of Boston, MA. He serves as a company-wide resource for projects where sustainability, wellness, and resiliency are a primary focus – particularly those pursuing third-party certifications. Blake has 15+ years’ experience in retail, hospitality, commercial, workplace, labs, hospitals, multifamily, and planning on projects in the US, Asia, Europe, and South America. He obtained his B.Arch. from Kennesaw State University in Atlanta, GA and his M.Arch. in Sustainable Environmental Design from the Architectural Association Graduate School in London, UK. He is a prolific author, speaker and educator, he recently served as the VP of Advocacy for the Boston Society of Architects, and he was named a BD+C Magazine top 40 Under 40 AEC professional in 2015.
