Penny Warner is a Registered Nurse, earning her BSN at The University of Texas School of Nursing. She worked for 12+ years as an ICU nurse and 5 years in Administration, as the Director of Patient Safety, Quality Control, Infectious Diseases, Education, Risk Management and Hospital Accreditation. After dealing with head lice on her own children, she knew there had to be a better way than the use of pesticides and chemicals which proved to be ineffective. After much research and perfecting a combing technique, Penny started the first professional lice removal service in Texas in 2006. Today, her company has 10 clinics and more on the way.
