Lin Le, Ph. D in Physics from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Postdoctorate in Finance from the Shenzhen Institute of Finance, is an expert in green finance innovation, serving as the founder of Energy Blockchain Labs, and vice executive secretary of Shenzhen Green Finance Commission. Dr. Lin once held the position of vice executive secretary in SZSE and served several industries such as new energy, electrical vehicle and energy conservation with his financial background; he established and managed the first professional supervision team in Chinese financial market, and he had been hired by China Securities Regulatory Commission and China Securities. Dr. Lin is one of the pioneers, experts and entrepreneurs in blockchain industry, who founded the world’s first energy blockchain lab focusing on applying blockchain technologies in green economy and the field of sustainable developments, including the first green public chain and Green Assets Information Registration Platform. Dr Lin is an expert of green finance; he initiated and organized many green innovative projects in financial market. He is also an expert of infrared sensor, with two of his paper published in the world leading journal - Applied Physics Letters.
