Ian Fox is CEO of Leader Energy Pte. Ltd., which owns and operates thermal, hydro and renewable power projects in Cambodia, Vietnam and Malaysia. Prior to joining Leader, Mr. Fox was CEO of Bitexco Power Corp running a portfolio of 1,000MW of hydro projects in Vietnam. He served as Managing Director with AES Corp where he was responsible for development and financial close of the Mong Duong 2 (1,240MW) coal-fire power project, and as Vice President of Business Development for CLP Holdings of Hong Kong where he led development of a range of power projects across Southeast Asia and India.
