Damian Goral started his career in fluidised bed combustion in 2001. His first position was the role of a proposal engineer. Roles as performance engineer and chief engineer with responsibilities for design and dimensioning of the fluidised bed boilers and related equipment followed. In 2013, Damian joined Doosan Lentjes as a Product Manager CFB while today working there as Director CFB.
