Marion Wells, a Predictive Index certified talent optimization specialist, founded Human Asset Management (HAM). HAM leverages PI science to help manufacturers build stronger teams and improve performance. She brings valuable industry experience and a BS in Metallurgical Engineering (UW-Madison). She served on SME's Education Foundation and Automotive Women Alliance Foundation board. Currently serving on Mold Making Technology Editorial Board, and UW-Madison Material Science and Engineering Department's Executive Advisory Board.
