Greg Marshall

DuPont Pioneer (Retired)


Dr. Greg Marshall was Senior Research Manager of the DuPont Pioneer wheat research and product development program when he retired in April 2016. Greg joined Pioneer in 1987 and directed the wheat programs in North America and Europe until 2005 when the European programs were discontinued. He continued to lead the North American wheat research team, located in Windfall Indiana, and released over 140 soft winter wheat varieties since 1987. Throughout his career, Greg also served as the key wheat research contact for DuPont Pioneer sales and marketing. Greg received Ph.D. and Masters Degrees in plant breeding and genetics from Purdue University and a B.S. Degree in agronomy from Penn State.
