Dr. Keri Carstens is Senior Manager, Integrated Product Research & Stewardship for DuPont Pioneer’s Seed Treatment Enterprise, where she coordinates stewardship assessments and leads the strategy for stewardship activities related to pollinator health and best management practices for seed treatments. She also serves as DuPont’s representative on the Honey Bee Health Coalition. In addition to her work at Pioneer, Keri holds collaborator faculty status at Iowa State University. Keri grew up on a farm near Grinnell, Iowa, and earned her B.A. in Biology and Education from Wartburg College, and her M.S. and Ph.D. in Toxicology and Entomology from Iowa State University.
