Genetic Literacy Project Executive Director
Entine is Founder and Executive Director of the nonprofit Genetic Literacy Project, which educates the public and policymakers on biomedicine and crop biotechnology. He spent 20 years with ABC News and NBC News, including as Tom Brokaw’s producer and head of documentaries at NBC, and won two Emmy Awards. He’s written more than 1,000 articles and authored seven books, including two bestsellers, Taboo: Why Black Athletes Dominate Sports and Why We’re Afraid to Talk About It and Abraham’s Children: Race, Identity and the DNA of the Chosen People, and has won 19 major journalism awards.
