Greg Kessel is a first-generation farmer with nearly 40 years of experience, and owner of Arrow K Farms in Belfield, North Dakota. Greg and his family raise a variety of crops, but the focus of their operation is seed production of barley, wheat, and peas. They have their own genetics program developing new forage barley, food barley, and hard white spring wheat. He is a partner with Two Track Malting, the vice president of the North Dakota Barley Council, chairman of the Northern Crops Institute, board member for National Barley Growers Association, and participates in the U.S. Grains Council.
