Molly is the East Coast Technical Sales Manager for Lallemand Brewing. She started her brewing career in 2006 at Baird Brewing in Japan and has since worked at Jolly Pumpkin, overseen the barrel expansion at New Holland Brewing, and was the Barrel Program Manager for Brooklyn Brewery before returning down south for some sweet tea to be the Operations Manager for Trophy Brewing. She has her Masters in Brewing and Distilling from Heriot-Watt University and is also a graduate of the American Brewers Guild. Molly is active in the Master Brewers Association of the America's serving as Past President and Board of Governors rep for District Carolinas and is also deputy chair of the MBAA Technical Committee.
