Matt Harmon is Senior Director of Vice President Benefits, Compensation, and HR systems at AutoZone, Inc. At AutoZone, Harmon oversees the company’s HR Information Systems and is responsible for driving a culture of healthcare consumerism, wellness and productivity, while also ensuring proper HR systems and processes are in place. Harmon also holds positions on the Total Rewards advisory Council for World At Work and the Client Advisory Council for CVS Health. His prior experience includes over five years at J.C. Penny Co.
