Shiby leads the North American VNF Certification business for Ericsson. Shiby has extensive experience working with MSOs and MNOs in North America facilitating their digital transformation journey. He has led complex technical projects, applying agile methodologies to system integration, and engaging with stakeholders and strategic partners to align goals, define vision, engineer solutions, and drive sustainable growth through innovative technology solutions. Cloud deployment, VNF onboarding and Automation solutions are his key focus areas and he works closely with the sales team for developing solutions for the MSOs. Shiby Parayil has over 20 years of experience working in R&D, Strategy consulting, Architecture, delivery, and pre-sales in wireline, cable, wireless and emergency services (E911) industry. Shiby holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton and has an Master of Business Administration from University of Colorado, Boulder.
