Carol Gilbert is President of Carol H. Gilbert Consulting in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Foods and Nutrition from Mansfield State University and a master’s degree in Training and Development from Penn State University. Carol has worked with SFAs and CACFP programs of all sizes, she is a credentialed School Nutrition Specialist and is ServSafe certified. She is a frequent presenter at conferences and is a consultant trainer for the Institute of Child Nutrition.
