Steve Fairtrace has been involved with the landscape industry for over 27 years. He is currently employed by the South Florida Water Management District, where he is responsible for the planning and implementation of hazardous and exotic vegetation removal, bank stabilization, and facility and right of way revegetation projects. Steve earned an A.S. degree in Landscape Operations from Lake City Community College, a B.S. degree in Landscape Design and Management from Florida A & M University, and an MBA from Columbia Southern University. Steve is also a FNGLA certified Landscape Designer (FDLD) and maintains FDACS pesticide certification in the categories of Right of Way and Ornamental and Turf.
