During Mr. Yen's 12-year tenure with MicroStrategy, he has served both clients and senior leadership within the company. In his role as a Senior Application Engineer, Ivan has supported customers as a trusted advisor as they look to uncover more insights from their data resources. Ivan's technical aptitude and experience as a principal consultant allows him to help clients leverage enterprise assets to improve business performance. His industry focus includes Big Data Analytics initiatives for Gaming and Hospitality, Digital Marketing, Mobile Gaming and Retail industries. Mr. Yen holds an MSc in Computer Science from Northwestern University and a BA in Asian Studies and Economics from Williams College.
