Max McEleney is a Supervisor with the RSM US National Gaming and Hospitality Group. He has helped provide financial and strategy consulting services to over 40 gaming and hospitality clients across the country, both commercial and tribal. Max specializes in assisting clients with business process improvement, risk management, and strategic business planning. He has designed, developed and documented detailed project plans associated with Casino Management System implementation that included physical layout, technology considerations, processes and procedures, staffing plans, timelines, responsibilities, departmental interdependencies, and other finance and cash operations activities.
