He is responsible for consulting and audit services for Tribal governments and their related entities including Tribal government services, gaming and other economic development enterprises, gaming commissions, and overall Tribal development. Bill helps oversee a large national team of professionals focused primarily on Tribal services, gaming and the hospitality sectors. Bill has significant experience leading strategic business planning sessions and workshops for boards, gaming commissions, management groups and tribal governments. Bill’s experience includes start-ups and expansion assistance, performance improvement and transformations in Tribal enterprises including gaming, food and beverage, hotel, retail and other amenity departments.
