Rob Smith is Legal Counsel – US Operations for the PCL family of companies. Rob is responsible for providing advice and counseling to PCL’s U.S. executive team and overseeing the legal issues associated with PCL’s U.S. buildings sector. Prior to joining PCL, Rob was in private practice with the Minneapolis law firm of Leonard, Street and Deinard (now Stinson Leonard Street) for 11 years and also served as Associate General Counsel for Life Time Fitness, Inc., supporting its in-house construction management operations. Rob received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Concordia College and his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.
