SheriAnn Murphy is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Swinerton Incorporated, as well as a Board member. She has been with Swinerton for over sixteen years. Swinerton was founded in 1888, and is a family of companies that span the United States, which includes entities that do commercial construction, mass timber, energy and development. Prior to Swinerton, SheriAnn worked at Peckar & Abramson out of their San Francisco office where she represented contractors in various litigation matters, and prior to that, she worked with a consulting company working with clients on contractual claims related to schedule and productivity impacts. SheriAnn has taught construction law at California State University Sacramento, and University California Davis Extension program.
