NICHOLAS J. ZAITA attended the University of Tampa (B.S., Sports Management, 2003, cum laude), the University of Florida (M.S., Sports Management, 2005), and New York Law School (J.D. 2008). He is a member of the State bars of New York and New Jersey, in addition to the Federal District Court of New Jersey. Prior to joining Lewis & McKenna, he served as the law clerk to the Honorable Robert P. Contillo, J.S.C. He is an active member of the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law, the New Jersey Bar Association Construction Law Section, and the Bergen County Bar Association. In 2017, Nick was named by New Jersey Monthly Magazine as one of the "Rising Stars" among New Jersey attorneys.
