Charles F. Mitchell is the General Counsel and Secretary of The Kirlin Group (www.jjkllc.com), where he is responsible for managing all of the company's legal affairs, including corporate governance, compliance, contract management and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Kirlin in 1993, Chip was with Dunnells, Duvall, Bennett & Porter, where his practice was devoted to construction and government contract issues. Chip earned his BA from the University of Maryland and his JD from Georgetown University. Chip is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia bar associations, several federal district and appellate courts and the US Supreme Court.
